In addition to the Field of Interest Funds created above, the Trustees will also establish a General Charitable Purposes which the Trustees will use for the following general charitable purposes:
Education and research relating to the fields of medicine, animal rights, animal preservation, historical preservation, social preservation, and research endowments.
The development or research leading to the development of medical equipment or devices, as well as to assist in rehabilitating disease or disability.
Projects which provide medical services to individuals or communities in need.
To fund protection and preservation of animals and animal habitats.
Programs feeding, housing, and supporting the homeless.
Programs that service those in need in communities throughout Florida.
Efforts dedicated to historical and social conservation.
The purchase of specific equipment for a specific purpose, as well as construction projects and improvements.
Letter of Inquiries are accepted on a quarterly rolling basis. Applicants should review The Jacarlene Foundation’s grant application procedures and guidelines before applying.
