Prospective applicants to The Jacarlene Foundation must first complete the online Letter of Inquiry (LOI). No paper or other electronic submissions will be accepted.
Online LOIs are accepted on a rolling basis. Once you select the Submit Letter of Inquiry button, the eligibility quiz will present. If your organization’s eligibility quiz answers align with the requirements of The Jacarlene Foundation, the LOI application form will open. Letters of Inquiry forms can be saved at any time and accessed later by using the Applicant Dashboard link.
The LOI includes the following sections:

If your organization is invited to the second stage, the email invitation will include a link to the full online grant application, in addition to the application deadline date. The invitation will also include the password required to access the full application.
